  • 1 cup (240 ml / 8 fl oz) milk
  • 1 cup (125 g / 4.4 oz) all-purpose flour
  • 1 tablespoon (15 g / 1 tbsp) butter
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • White cheese or mozzarella
